“The Technifax sales person was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about what was best for my business. He asked me questions about our business and how we did our paper flow. He looked at where we had our current equipment and how we used it. He came up with a solution that helped us save money by combining our fax into the copier system and showing us how we could fax direct from our desktop computer without walking to the fax. His pricing was excellent. We ended up going with Technifax and got four units for our Lewisville dealership. I was dreading the install and the interruption of our business when something like getting new equipment happens. I was pleasantly surprised when the install went incredibly smooth. Our account representative stayed with us through the complete process and made sure nothing went wrong.
